Is The Clean Crew part of a franchise?
No, The Clean Crew is independently owned and operated by me, Gary Singh. I love to take extra care of all our customers, big, medium and small and with me, you get the personal touch. Rather than having to talk to a different person all the time, you get me all the time and I like to build great relationships by going the extra mile for you. Having someone on hand to deliver superior cleaning services is the key to a great job.
What sets you apart from other cleaning companies?
It’s our commanding approach to the job. It’s the fact we wash our cloths at 100 degrees, rather than the domestic temperature of 40 degrees – 60 degrees, those other cleaning companies wash at.

How do we know we can trust the cleaners at The Clean Crew?
All our awesome team sign a bond that gives you the extra safety net you need but to be honest, I only employ high-quality people. All our staff are NZQA qualified, including NZQA Infection Control trained but equally as important, they take great pride in what they do.
I’m an NZQA qualified assessor that means I keep an eye on everything. As I’ve said before I run a tight ship, I’ve got management experience so together nothing gets missed. We’re here to protect you, giving you a cleaner and healthier clean.
When you say cleaner and healthier clean, what does that mean?
First of all we have exceptional quality management systems already in place ISO-9001. So far, we’ll be the only cleaning company in the Hawkes Bay to have gained this accreditation.
Secondly we remove dirt and germs, not just move them around. Many cleaners don’t have the equipment, cloths and products we do and all they’re doing is moving dirt around when they are wiping things down. This is unhygienic and doesn’t get rid of dirt or germs.
Thirdly all our cloths are washed at 100 degrees. This entirely removes germs and dirt together and will give a healthier, cleaner clean. Many cleaning companies are only washing their cloths at between 40 degrees – 60 degrees which are a domestic cleaning temperature. We use eco-friendly, 100% biodegradable products which mean we’re looking after you and our environment too.
Last but not least, our crew are proud of a great job they do. They receive continuous training and development and they understand how important cleanliness is. It has to be spotless, it has to be hygienic and it has to be done right.
