This is why we conduct thorough reviews at the beginning of a job to identify the level of cleanliness, then conduct a further audit of the premises and cleaning staff every 35 days to make sure we are consistently providing the best service possible.
We will also perform surprise checks so we know when staff are becoming complacent, and can help them improve their level of service.
All clients have access to our customised app, designed to make the whole cleaning process easier and more efficient for one off and contract work. This app profiles our staff, tracks time and location, and has an instant message functionality so communication between staff and clients is a breeze.
