We developed Convoy to give our clients more certainty of an efficient cleaning service and to provide a better feedback loop between our clients, staff and management team. Our standards are high. What is Convoy designed to do?
Our app is an industry-first designed to enhance communication between our clients, staff and management team, to manage workflow and to provide a tool to record the completed level of service and report back to our clients and management, instantly.
Move over slow and dated manual communication such as site-specific logbooks. With Convoy, messaging can happen instantly between clients, cleaning staff and management from the convenience of your smartphone. There’s no need to be on site to check for messaging, clients can be in touch with The Clean Crew when they are off site, and at any time.
Convoy also provides a seamless way for you to update your service requirements and job description. Our staff are alerted to any changes you make to a scheduled job, prior to starting.
We’ve designed Convoy to be thorough and responsive. Clients and our management team are notified that a job has been completed straight away. Staff can leave any relevant notes or queries, and the cleanliness score is recorded instantly.
Convoy can assist with Health and Safety monitoring and compliance. The app can be used to gather evidence to comply with necessary safety regulations. This is particularly relevant in the Covid-19 environment.
Crystal clear reporting
With Convoy, imagery of the premises is documented directly to the app, immediately following the clean. The app analyses the imagery and provides a cleanliness score, which is both logged to the client dashboard and emailed to the client as a report. The client and management team have instant access to the score.
This technology provides a level of transparency for our clients that we’re extremely proud of. It also provides personal accountability for our staff, who are incentivised to achieve a high score of cleanliness every time. This means improved efficiency and better cleaning.
